Since August 2010 I have been the graphic designer for Sterling Rail, Inc., a Railroad brokerage firm that prints a quarterly classified publication containing all of the newest items For Sale and Wanted in the Railroad Industry.
As Graphic Designer and later Art Director I have been in charge of overseeing the production and printing of this rapidly growing magazine. I design all of the page layouts as well as the ads throughout the magazine.
I have been versatile in this role and also design any and everything that Sterling Rail needs (postcards, promotional displays, brochures, business cards, etc.)
Here is some more of the advertising work I completed while working at Sterling Rail. These ads have appeared in our own magazine, Sterling Rail Classifieds, and also many other publications: The Short Line, The Pocket List, Railway Age, Trains Magazine, and more.
While studying at the University of Evansville I also was a design intern at a local Advertising agency, AXIOM Marketing & Advertising. I worked on many projects at AXIOM, from newspaper ads to posters to digital billboards. The skills I acquired helped me determine my strengths and aided me in finding my niche for my future design ventures.
Here are some of the logos I've created both while working full time and freelancing
Featured here are various illustration projects I completed while working at the University of Evansville as an illustrator for our "fairy tale" yearbook and also as a freelancer.
Featured here are miscellaneous promotional designs I have completed while freelancing and working for Sterling Rail. These projects include calendars, postcards, promotional displays and more.
I often design a wide variety of graphics on the web. Many clients have requested background templates for Twitch.tv, Twitter and YouTube. Also featured here are some of the graphics I designed for Sterling Rail's website and email marketing campaigns. At Sterling Rail I designed new emails every day and am extremely proficient working in Constant Contact.
